New JMCC Digital Platform to Include Shipment Tracking for Customers

JMCC’s Marketing & Communications Team is working on the design and build of a new digital communications platform for the company that will include full-featured web and mobile sites and an employee intranet. It will also offer a secure “customer portal” that will interface with our proprietary track and trace system, and will enable our B2B clients to monitor the progress of their medical cannabis orders from harvest until it arrives at Customs in the destination country.

The company’s mar-comms team has just wrapped up a detailed RFP process and selected its preferred vendor. The design and build will take place over the summer with a target launch of most elements by the end of September.

“That’s an ambitious deadline to complete a digital project of this size and complexity,” noted Global Director of Marketing & Communications Shelley Boyes. “But with the cancellations and re-scheduling of the industry conferences and other events we usually participate in during this period, our team has some 'found' time to get it done.”

The “look and feel” of JMCC’s new digital platform will also reflect an “evolution” of the company’s striking original branding to incorporate its new Scientific Division and other company developments. It will be launched under a new domain,, replacing our original
